Refund policy

At R.B.F Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a return.

 

Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

If you wish to return an item within this 14-day cooling-off period, you must notify us in writing by emailing hello@rbfcosmetics.co.uk.

After the 14-day period, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note up to 30 days from the date you received your goods, provided items are returned in a fully resalable condition.

Once the 30-day period has passed, we reserve the right to refuse returns of unwanted items.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rbfcosmetics.co.uk, and we will be happy to assist.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently:

  • Photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty item(s) will be required

  • We reserve the right to request the return of the item(s) for quality control purposes

  • Any further correspondence will be made directly with you

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

 

Returning Items

All returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in perfect, resalable condition

  • Include a valid order reference

Returns should be securely packaged, ideally using the original packaging or suitable protective materials, to ensure the items arrive in their original condition. The order reference must be clearly displayed to allow us to process your return.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items damaged due to inadequate or insecure packaging.

 

Processing Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (excluding public holidays)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving your return

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
