Your Right to Cancel

If you have purchased products online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within the 14-day period by emailing hello@rbfcosmetics.co.uk.

Once your cancellation has been accepted, you should return the goods to us without undue delay and, where possible, within 14 days.

Unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, the cost of returning the items is the customer's responsibility.


Change of Mind Returns

After the statutory 14-day cancellation period has expired, we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or store credit for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Be in their original packaging.

  • Be in a resalable condition.

  • Include your order number or proof of purchase.

Returns received outside this period may not be accepted.


Hygiene & Cosmetic Products

Due to hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested or tampered with unless they are faulty, damaged or were supplied incorrectly.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing hello@rbfcosmetics.co.uk.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the product and any damage.

  • Photographs of the outer packaging where applicable.

We may request that the item is returned for inspection before processing a replacement or refund.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.


Returning Your Order

Please ensure returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Where possible, returns should be sent in the original packaging.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will:

  • Be issued to your original payment method.

  • Normally be processed within 2 working days of approval.

  • Typically appear in your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges are refundable only where required by applicable consumer law or where the return is the result of our error.
