Welcome to RBF Cosmetics. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website you are making an offer to purchase our products.

Once your order has been accepted you will receive an order confirmation by email. A contract between you and RBF Cosmetics is only formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • payment cannot be authorised

  • stock is unavailable

  • pricing errors occur

  • fraudulent activity is suspected

  • delivery restrictions prevent shipment

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

As a VAT Registered business, VAT may be charged where applicable and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.

4. Shipping

We currently offer shipping throughout the United Kingdom and selected international destinations where available.

Free UK Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over £100 GBP.

Orders below this value will incur the applicable shipping charge shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail

  • courier companies

  • customs

  • adverse weather

  • industrial action

  • events beyond our reasonable control

Risk in the products passes to you once delivery has been completed.

5. 14 Day Refund Guarantee

We want you to shop with confidence.

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • the product remains unopened

  • the safety seal is fully intact

  • the product has not been used

  • the product is returned in its original packaging

  • the product is in a resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic products unless they are faulty.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned goods have been inspected.

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photographs of the issue

  • a description of the fault

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • a replacement

  • a repair (where applicable)

  • a full refund

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, ingredients and images are accurate.

Colours shown on electronic devices may vary depending on screen settings.

Our products should always be used in accordance with the instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for carrying out a patch test where recommended before using cosmetic products.

8. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

Although our products are manufactured to high standards, every individual's skin is different.

We recommend carrying out a patch test at least 24 hours before full application.

RBF Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for reactions resulting from:

  • failure to carry out a patch test

  • misuse of the product

  • undisclosed allergies or sensitivities

  • failure to follow instructions

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • logos

  • branding

  • product names

  • photography

  • graphics

  • videos

  • written content

  • website design

remains the intellectual property of RBF Cosmetics unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes:

  • cannot usually be combined unless stated

  • have no cash value

  • may expire without notice

  • may be withdrawn at any time

We reserve the right to cancel promotional offers where misuse is suspected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RBF Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
