Shipping Information

Please Note:
Due to increased demand at certain times of the year, orders may take slightly longer to arrive. We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 working days. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your order is carefully packed and dispatched.

We offer free shipping on:

  • Orders over €55 within Ireland

  • Orders over £50 within the UK

Standard and express shipping options are also available for international orders.

  • DPD Couriers

  • €3.50 standard delivery

  • FREE on orders over €55

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days
    (Please allow up to 3–5 working days during November & December)

United Kingdom

  • DPD Couriers

  • £4.95 standard delivery

  • FREE on orders over £50

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days (untracked)


International Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on location. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, natural events, courier transfers, strikes, or air and ground transportation disruptions. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or charges incurred after dispatch are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind Returns

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Written confirmation of your return must be sent within this period.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for up to 30 days from the date of delivery, provided items are returned in a fully resalable condition.

After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse returns of unwanted items.


Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rbfcosmetics.co.uk.

To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or fault will be required

  • We reserve the right to request the return of the item(s) for quality inspection

  • All correspondence will be handled directly with you

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Returning Items

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in perfect, resalable condition

  • Include a valid order reference

Items should be securely packaged using the original packaging or suitable protective materials to ensure they arrive in original condition. The order reference must be clearly visible to allow processing.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items damaged due to inadequate packaging.


Processing Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (excluding public holidays)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving the return

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
