Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off may be processed on the same working day where possible. Orders placed after this time, at weekends, or on public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, including promotional events, product launches, Black Friday, Christmas and other seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked or DPD, depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. We will always select the most suitable delivery service to ensure your parcel arrives safely and efficiently.

Orders to the Republic of Ireland are dispatched using DPD or another trusted delivery partner where appropriate.
During exceptionally busy periods, delivery may take up to 5 working days.
We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, severe weather, industrial action or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend the delivery address.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.
While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays can occur.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact our Customer Support team. We will work with the courier to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
